Always rejects password
Pollo Rewards is horrible. Complicated and clunky to use from the beginning. Thats why they had to revamp the system and it still doesnt work. Ive created a profile, even though I already had one, and in within the same app I go to order and have to login again. Once I try to login again it always tells me its the incorrect password, which I know its not. I guess I will check back in another six months.
Cant login but i could order. I eat pollo 2-3 times a week so would love to gain rewards but cant
Ugh. Not easy to use. Why even have an app?
Will not take my username or even reset password. What is the point joining if the app will not work?
